In collaboration with Dr. Florian Kurschus from the University of Heidelberg, Ola has been awarded a grant of nearly €1 million, jointly funded by the Polish NCN and the German DFG, to study the role of EBV infection in multiple sclerosis.

This project aims to address key questions about how EBV influences the development and progression of MS, leveraging the combined expertise of both research teams to generate new insights into this complex disease.
