We were delighted to host Haruto Sakai in our lab this week. During his visit, he explored our ongoing projects, exchanged ideas with our team, and shared insights from his own research. The visit took place within our ongoing collaboration with Prof. Tomomi Furihata from Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences, Japan, whose team developed the human BBB spheroids that form the basis of our joint work. It was a great opportunity for scientific discussion and to strengthen our collaboration.
